Job Summary:
We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT support team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Install and configure software and computer systems
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
· Implement the highest level of cyber security measures and keep it up to date
· Create a brief test to check the employees are following the security protocols
· Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
· Support users for various internal/external systems by setting up the accounts and troubleshooting the login problems
· Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization
· Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
· Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
· Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business
· Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements
Requirements:
· Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
· Experience in Active Directory and MS 365 administration
· Experience with Azure, AWS or other mainstream cloud computing platforms
· Excellent working knowledge of the operating systems, network and endpoint security, network and system administration, cloud computing, databases and data storage systems
· Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems
· Ability to work independently or with a group
· Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
· Certifications are preferred, but not required
· Must be fluent in English
· Authorized to work in the Philippines without any restrictions
Work hours / Location
· Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm US Eastern Time
· Location: Work at Home or Designated Office Upon Availability (Metro-Manilla area)
