Job Summary:

A PPT Designer is a highly skilled professional with expertise in visual communication, creative design, and project management. They are responsible for developing and executing design concepts that align with a brand's identity, ensuring consistency and high-quality output across various media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle various design tasks, such as developing and editing PowerPoint presentations, designing print and digital layouts and templates, resizing or cropping images, light retouching, compressing, or converting files across multiple software programs (web/mobile/print).
• Ability to edit short form videos a plus
• Work with stakeholders to interpret and transform raw data into clear and compelling charts, graphs, icons, graphics and other visual representations to convey information in an easily digestible format
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information, clarify design requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare print-ready files and digital files for delivery
• Perform thorough quality assurance assessments on designs to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines before final delivery
• Address client feedback professionally and make necessary revisions to address requested changes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Manage design file organization

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a presentation or graphic designer, preferably supporting Fortune 500 companies.
• Proven experience in designing professional and visually compelling PowerPoint decks for multinational companies or large enterprises.
• Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to transform complex content into clear, on-brand, and engaging visual presentations.
• Self-starting, organized, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and MS Word.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, layout, and typography for both digital and print media.
• Knowledge of color management, print production standards, and industry-standard printing methods.
• Experience in digital asset development and production workflows.
• Proficient in English reading and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively.
