Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing an excellent dealer experience by offering best customer service focusin on order processing, communicating inventory availability, as well as order, shipping and back-order statuses. This is supported through the primary functions of receiving, managing, processing, coordinating, and delivering orders to dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to dealers and the sales team, focusing on inquiries related to availability, pricing, shipping, and invoicing issues.
  • Communicate with dealers and the sales team through phone, email, Teams, CRM, etc.
  • Manage all phases of sales order processing and management using CRM Salesforce and SAP business systems.
  • Approve, process, and manage dealer orders within CRM and SAP systems.
  • Submit and secure credit approval for orders and shipments.
  • Schedule product assembly as needed.
  • Configure, schedule, and confirm product shipments (using approved transport or CPU).
  • Provide necessary documentation for shipments.
  • Manage, process, and ship backorders.
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies and invoicing issues.
  • Coordinate, manage, and support other events and activities as needed (e.g., invoicing, transportation, documentation, communication), including but not limited to:
    • Dealer closeouts
    • Corporate events and activities
  • Coordinate return authorizations and approvals according to company policies and procedures.
  • Process dealer credit memos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with internal staff, external vendors, and dealers.
  • Assist dealers with training and order entry using CRM Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associates degree or higher preferred and/or two plus years of customer service preferred.
  • Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task and manage heavy workloads.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (phone, written, email)
  • Proficiency with CRM Salesforce, SAP and MS Applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong teamwork skills is a must.
