Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated, bilingual (Korean/English) Junior Operations & Production Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing operations. This unique role combines hands-on production support with client communication and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with factory operations and daily production support
• Coordinate temporary staffing through local agencies
• Work on process improvement and efficiency enhancement projects
• Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams and external customers
• Help deliver customer reports and countermeasure presentations
• Support future automation and outsourcing efforts as we scale

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical preferred)
• 15 years of relevant experience (entry-level welcome!)
• Strong communicator, organized, and problem-solving mindset
• Bilingual in Korean and English (Required)
• Willingness to grow with the company long-term

Other Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
• Automotive or factory experience
• Familiarity with high-speed press, robot automation, or production technology
• Experience in cross-functional coordination
• Interest in international business and global operations
