Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of manufacturing staffing services for specific client accounts. This role includes coordinating the hiring process, managing staffing employees, and acting as the primary point of contact (POC) for all client-related matters. The ideal candidate will ensure our staffing services meet client expectations, comply with safety protocols, and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Job position may require onsite work at the office location in Clarksville, TN, for several days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of staffing services, from recruitment to employee management, for manufacturing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for client requests, addressing staffing-related concerns, and providing regular updates and reporting.
- Train and onboard staffing employees, ensuring compliance with safety protocols such as OSHA regulations.
- Source manufacturing employees utilizing hiring expertise, knowledge of the industry, and professional networks.
- Oversee payroll management for staffing employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing in alignment with company and client standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to meet staffing needs and resolve any operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- English - Spanish bilingual (Required)
- Proven experience in the staffing industry, preferably in manufacturing-related services.
- Strong knowledge of HR management practices, including policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and regulations such as OSHA.
- Experience in payroll management, including handling timekeeping systems and ensuring compliance with wage laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis, reporting, and client communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Flexibility to work onsite office location in Clarksville, TN, for a few days per week as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in managing HR operations and employee relations in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic client requirements.
