About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to provide engineering and on-site operational support to one of our clients, a growing industrial automation and robotics company expanding its operations in the United States.
This position is well suited for an early-career engineering professional who has a solid technical foundation, is comfortable working in a field-based environment, and is interested in developing practical experience in industrial automation and robotics.

Prior robotics experience is not required, as technical and job-specific training can be provided by the client. The successful candidate should be adaptable, willing to learn, and able to support projects in Kentucky and other U.S. locations as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities


Support engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and other project-related activities under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.
Provide on-site technical and operational support for projects in Louisville, Kentucky, and other U.S. locations.
Assist with troubleshooting basic technical, mechanical, electrical, or operational issues.
Review and maintain engineering documents, project records, technical reports, equipment information, and related documentation.
Coordinate with engineering teams, project managers, customers, vendors, contractors, and overseas headquarters as needed.
Monitor project progress, open issues, assigned action items, and follow-up activities.
Participate in technical training provided by T-Robotics and develop knowledge of industrial automation and robotics systems.
Follow applicable safety procedures, customer requirements, and company policies while working at project sites.
Support other engineering and project-related responsibilities based on operational needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, a STEM-related discipline, or a closely related field.
Approximately three to four years of relevant professional experience preferred.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and the ability to adapt to field-based work environments.
Fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and overseas teams.
Strong willingness to learn industrial automation and robotics technologies.
Ability to analyze basic technical issues and communicate findings clearly.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions with appropriate guidance.
Willingness and ability to work on-site in Kentucky and travel to other U.S. locations as required.
Prior experience in robotics, industrial automation, manufacturing, equipment installation, commissioning, or field engineering is preferred but not required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work Location

Preferred: On-site or field-based in the Louisville, Kentucky area.
Candidates residing in nearby states may also be considered, provided they are able to travel frequently to project sites in Kentucky.
Domestic travel to other U.S. project locations may be required depending on business needs
