Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant Project Manager with over 8 years of experience in project management, consulting, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex digital transformation projects, understanding customer business requirements, and delivering innovative solutions that drive business value. The Digital Transformation Consultant Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation Project Management:
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand and document client business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and solutions.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and status updates to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend solutions that align with client objectives.
- Provide expert consulting services to clients, offering insights and strategies for leveraging digital technologies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members to achieve project objectives. Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure project alignment.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Monitor project expenses and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders.
- Track project performance metrics and report on project status, progress, and outcomes. Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation. Proven experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects from inception to completion. Demonstrated ability to understand and translate customer business requirements into actionable project plans and innovative solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and management.
