Responsibilities:

• Managing, Provisioning VM Server and Capacity planning for Vmware System.
• Experience in building and maintaining infrastructure systems
• Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
• Through understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
• Supporting the OS Virtual patching for VM servers by using Trend Micro Deep Security. 
• Supporting EDR-Antivirus.
• Monitoring and patching the IPS FireEye. 
• Supporting the Domain and Group Policy for Users, Computers, and E-Mail accounts.
• Supporting the File Server and SharePoint about user permission. 
• Creating and supporting Wi-Fi and VPN accounts.
• Creating and updating documents such as Standard Operating Procedure(SOP), Work Instruction(WI), and Inventory reports. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Full-time working hours and provide support over working hours if required. 
• Monthly Summary Report for Issue and KPI reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Com Science ,Com Engineering, Information Technology (IT) or related Fields
• VMware System administrator skills
• Experience in building and maintaining infrastructure systems
• Working under pressure.
• Good communication in English.
