About the job OPERATIONS HEAD (OUTLET)
Responsibilities: To assist the Manager in daily outlet operations; to maintain customer relationships, outlet cleanliness, hygiene, support sales and operational performance, and other ad hoc duties related to the position.
- Minimum STPM/Diploma with 3-5 years working experience in the same or related field or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management with 2 years working experience in retail operations or related field. Salary RM2.8K and above with allowance depending on the qualification and experience.
- Possess good customer service and communication skill.
- Proficient in inventory and time management.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an advantage) and other local dialect.
- Willing to relocate if required.
