Job Descriptions

  • Undertaking various tasks to support procurement offices and manager.
  • Maintaining and updating purchase records or suppliers database record.
  • Maintaining and filling systems.
  • Monitoring stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, to confirm or change orders via communication channels or purchasing system (if any).
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Researching potential vendors/suppliers.
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
  • Negotiate and plan promotions that are attractive and add value to our customers.
  • Forecasting and analyzing market trend.
  • To support other related purchasing activity.

Job Requirements

  • Adequate time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
  • Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
  • Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Academy Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Business/Procurement Management or any related fields.
  • Fresh Graduates with minimum CGPA 3.70 are encouraged to apply.
