Job requirements

  • Good in planning and communication skills, as well as analytical and technical skills in hiring process
  • Good networking with excellent interpersonal skill and strong influencing skill
  • Able to perform decision making and problem solving
  • Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing and observation skills
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Computer literacy

Acedemy Requirements

  • Degree or higher in HR related fields
  • Familiar in recruitment is an added advantage
