- To develop policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
- To perform recruiting and screening candidates such as joining the job fairs and recruiting events, as well as to host job interview after screening candidates
- To build relationships with candidates and past employees for business needs and employer branding
Job requirements
- Good in planning and communication skills, as well as analytical and technical skills in hiring process
- Good networking with excellent interpersonal skill and strong influencing skill
- Able to perform decision making and problem solving
- Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing and observation skills
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Computer literacy
Acedemy Requirements
- Degree or higher in HR related fields
- Familiar in recruitment is an added advantage
