MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE (Local)

Responsibilities: To collaborate, deal & negotiate, and maintain relationships with local distributor, supplier and national principle; to manage, monitor and handle total group income whilst ensuring a healthy group replenishment rate; to actively recruit supplier to participate in outlets activities; understand and overcome supply chain challenges; standardize and close the groups assortment gaps and other ad hoc duties related to the position.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Procurement Management / Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or similar field. Experienced in business development role would be added advantage. Salary RM3K and above.
• Good in problem-solving skills, negotiation and communication within internal & externally.
• Able to analysis data.
• Aware of market trending and gather useful information.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Power Point).
• Basic calculation skill is required, such as trade offer, contribution, mark up and average.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
