Job Description
- Substitute in absence of store manager
- Assist in preparing work plan to ensure smooth store operation
- Monitor cash handling
- Ensure efficiency in payment collection
- Satisfactory knowledge in product
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Monitor product quality control
- Execute CMS procedure accordingly
- Supervise hygiene & Safety in accordance to standard practice at work place
- Supervise retail crews to achieve smoothness in daily operation
- Review and reconcile stock card
Job Requirements
- Possess good communication skill in understanding user requirement and support activities
- Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
- Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
Academy Requirements
- Minimum STPM & above in related field.
