Job Description

  • Substitute in absence of store manager
  • Assist in preparing work plan to ensure smooth store operation
  • Monitor cash handling
  • Ensure efficiency in payment collection
  • Satisfactory knowledge in product
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Monitor product quality control
  • Execute CMS procedure accordingly
  • Supervise hygiene & Safety in accordance to standard practice at work place
  • Supervise retail crews to achieve smoothness in daily operation
  • Review and reconcile stock card

Job Requirements

  • Possess good communication skill in understanding user requirement and support activities
  • Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
  • Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

Academy Requirements

  • Minimum STPM & above in related field.
