Job Descriptions
- Get quotation from suppliers. Researching potential vendors.
- Purchase material/goods at the best prices based on requirements plans.
- Monitor the quantity and quality as well as timeliness of goods delivered.
- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
- Liaise with relevant department on planning of stocks levels.
- Monitor stock reorder level and inventory control.
- Perform material purchasing, planning and forecasting.
- Perform material and vendor solution and qualification.
- Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Produce and maintain all reports.
Job Requirements
- Adequate time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
- Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
- Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- At least 2 years purchasing experience in related fields.
Academy Requirements
- Degree or higher in Business/Procurement Management or any related fields.
- Fresh Graduates with minimum CGPA 3.70 are encouraged to apply.
