OPERATIONS AUDIT MANAGER

Responsibilities: To develop and execute an annual audit plan for operational audits, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirement by conducting comprehensive audits of operational processes, including evaluating internal controls, procedures and compliance with company policies and regulations. To prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document for the process; and collaborate with various departments to understand operational processes, gather information and ensure audit effectiveness. Provide guidance and support to audit team members, including training and mentoring to enhance their skills and performance.

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years work experience in auditing or similar field. Preferable Big Four audit firms. Salary RM5.7K and above.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
