Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to gain a thorough understanding of our company's operations and procedures
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of various departments, including production, logistics, quality control, and customer service
- Learn and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in project management and strategic planning activities
- Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Actively seek feedback and continuously strive for personal and professional growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Strong leadership potential and a desire to pursue a career in management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in the cold storage industry is a plus, but not required
