About the job TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Descriptions
- Arrange and conduct training programme and CAP exam.
- Implement assessment program to retail outlet.
- Organize training related event such as the employee training needs for retail outlet, as well as to manage the employee training profile and records.
- To analyse and rectify issue on competency gap.
- To deal with external trainer or agency for any training related activities.
- To ensure all training programme is being completed timely.
Job Requirements
- Must attained the TTT certified trainer.
- Have a strong people communication skill and good presentation skill while providing training to employees.
- Possess excellent emotional intelligence.
- Possess time management, analysing and observation skills.
- Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Academy Requirements
- Degree or higher in Training and Development or any related fields.
- Fresh Graduates with CGPA 3.70 are encouraged to apply.
