Job Descriptions

  • Arrange and conduct training programme and CAP exam.
  • Implement assessment program to retail outlet.
  • Organize training related event such as the employee training needs for retail outlet, as well as to manage the employee training profile and records.
  • To analyse and rectify issue on competency gap.
  • To deal with external trainer or agency for any training related activities.
  • To ensure all training programme is being completed timely.

Job Requirements

  • Must attained the TTT certified trainer.
  • Have a strong people communication skill and good presentation skill while providing training to employees.
  • Possess excellent emotional intelligence.
  • Possess time management, analysing and observation skills.
  • Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Academy Requirements

  • Degree or higher in Training and Development or any related fields.
  • Fresh Graduates with CGPA 3.70 are encouraged to apply.
