About the job TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (TRAINER)
Responsibilities: To assess outlet with policy and standard operating procedures (SOP); to train on retail staff to support skill development; to conduct in-house training session; to maintain accurate training records (attendance, certifications, and post-training evaluations); to liaise with external training providers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource/Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in retail operations, training, or coaching roles. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Possess Train The Trainer (TTT) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
