Job Description:

Drive effective scrum ceremonies including daily standup, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Track and distribute relevant metrics and report periodically to show team progress and velocity. Identify, understand, and track impediments; help remove them and drive improvements to optimize how the team works. Help the Product Owner manage customer expectations and stakeholder communications. Act as a liaison between the team and everyone else to minimize interruptions to the sprint, keeping the team focused on delivering a quality product on time. Build a safe and trusting team environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgement, with an emphasis on problem solving. Helps the team prepare for PI Planning and guide the team during the event to complete all of their tasks. Qualifications: Minimum 6-8 years of using Scrum agile methodology. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience. Experience in Banking & Financial domain. Must be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Experience training and managing Scrum teams. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Adaptable and flexible in a cross-functional environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead retrospectives, document outcomes, and guide team members in best practices
