What youll be doing
As a key member of our Project Management Organization, your teammates will rely on your ability to lead complex Private Network deployments, partner with cross functional teams and our diverse clients to deploy communication networks across vertical markets ad technology types throughout North America. Through these partnerships, you will establish a standardized process to ensure alignment with client objectives within budget and on time.
The ideal candidate is an engaged project and people leader that thrives in a highly collaborative team environment focused on the following tasks and responsibilities.
Establishing strategic objectives and overseeing multiple projects enterprise-wide
Communicating program expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and establishing project objectives
Achieving project objectives through preparing and completing agreed upon deliverables
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer deliverable standards
Resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change
Establishing project governance to report project plan, budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Working cross-functionally with other subject matter experts to achieve overarching goals/objectives

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
10+ years of experience, preferably in telecommunications or equipment vendor, distributor, systems integrator, internet provider, etc.
Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
Program delivery strategic and financial planning
Managing program performance and profitability
Dealing with complexity, data analyze and implementing customer program goals
Strong organizational skills, time management, administrative, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic demanding environment
PMP/PMI Certification preferably
Ability to travel up to 25% of time to Sales and customer meetings, trade shows, training exercises, proof of concept deployments, etc.
