What You'll Do:
Lead cross-functional project management teams to support Food & Beverage (F&B) and high-impact 10X projects.
Oversee 1-5 projects simultaneously, varying in scope and size.
Facilitate process improvements including mapping, reporting, and planning.
Conduct and manage team meetings, company-wide kickoffs, and project coordination.
Streamline project consolidation efforts as necessary across various departments.
What Experience You'll Need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations and project management.
Proven expertise in handling multiple projects with varying complexities.
Strong capability in supporting process improvements and project planning activities.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively without setting strategic direction.
