Manage and oversee multiple, concurrent projects supporting the IT Infrastructure and Business Solutions team.
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
Understand and apply the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, including Visio and PowerPoint.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical staff, stakeholders, and business executives.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
PMP certification is highly desired
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to discuss technical issues in business terminology.
Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
