The Trading Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing product sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
  5. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  6. Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  7. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
  8. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
