A leading company providing Freight forwarding and Logistics solutions are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and drive growth in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 36 months experience with freight forwarding and logistics activities
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute synergistically.
- Ambition to surpass sales targets.
- Sales experience with success in the cold-calling environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.
- Ability to effectively train others, preferably with experience in doing so.
- Ability to make quick, smart business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Perform thorough market research to uncover potential clients and market trends, while analyzing competitors and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish a strong customer base
- Expand market presence and drive revenue growth
- Identify Business opportunities and build strong customer relationship
- Engage with potential clients to comprehend their requirements and present customized solutions.
- Establish and manage a robust lead pipeline to meet sales objectives.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing arrangements to secure new business opportunities.
- Facilitate timely closure of sales contracts and agreements.
- Identify possibilities for geographic and service expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and sectors.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements.
- Predict revenue, monitor performance against targets, and adapt strategies as required.
- Ensure compliance of all contracts and agreements with company policies and industry regulations.
