Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager in Dubai to lead our brand management, social media, PR and events, and performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, enhancing brand positioning within the market.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in fashion, cosmetics, and technology.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Create, implement, and oversee social media campaigns that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Manage content creation, ensuring that it aligns with brand guidelines and trends in the fashion and tech industries.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Public Relations & Events:
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to promote the brand through press releases, interviews, and event sponsorships.
- Plan and execute PR initiatives, including media events, product launches, and brand collaborations.
- Represent the brand at key industry events, ensuring positive media coverage and brand alignment.
- Performance Marketing:
- Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, paid social, etc.).
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership:
- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Provide leadership to the marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity in all marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, social media, PR, and performance marketing.
- Strong experience in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries.
- Proven success in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional platforms and launching products and brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling brand narratives.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and report on marketing performance.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
- Experience working with influencers and managing brand partnerships in the fashion and beauty space.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing trends.
- The Ability to oversee multiple projects, and insure we are completed on time within the budget.
- Strategic thinking, long-term marketing plan, ability to develop long term marketing strategy aligned with marketing goals.
- Analytical skills, analyzing marketing trends, customer behavior and campaign performance to make data driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Digital marketing knowledge of marketing tools and techniques including SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing.
- Budget management.
- Brand management: skills in developing and maintaining strong brand identity and voice.
