This position is BASED IN LISBON, PORTTUGAL.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Monitoring:

    • Monitor and manage social media accounts.
    • Review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform rules.
    • Identify and remove offensive, inappropriate, and harmful content.

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for content moderation.

Contract Details:

  • Temporary Contract:

    • Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
  • Permanent Contract:

    • Permanent contract offered after 2 years.
  • Benefits:

Training:

  • Training Period:

    • Compensation for the training period provided.
  • Training Completion:

    • Successful completion leads to a work contract.

Working Hours:

  • Work Schedule:

    • 40 hours per week,
      Operations hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
  • Holidays:

    • 22 days of annual leave based on Portuguese law.
  • Bonuses:

    • Holiday and Christmas bonuses equivalent to base salary.

    • TP Nations building in Lisbon, Portugal.
