Content Moderator | German Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Strict adherence to accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client.
• Ensure the protection of customer data and compliance processes are followed.
• Review online videos/content/complaints/legal notices received from end customers regarding incorrect decisions related to their copyright work/material.
• Review/update content on a popular social media platform.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation skills.
• Skilled in multitasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Ability to work both as a team member and independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone.
