This position is based in Lisbon Portugal.
Responsibilities:
- Content Monitoring:
- Monitor and manage social media accounts.
- Review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform rules.
- Identify and remove offensive, inappropriate, and harmful content.
Skills Required:
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for content moderation.
Contract Details:
- Temporary Contract:
- Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
- Permanent Contract:
- Permanent contract offered after 2 years.

Training:
- Training Period:
- Compensation for the training period provided.
- Training Completion:
- Successful completion leads to a work contract.
Working Hours:
- Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week,
Operations hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
- 40 hours per week,
- Holidays:
- 22 days of annual leave based on Portuguese law.
- Bonuses:
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses equivalent to base salary.
