Your Mission as Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, youll guide a team of Dutch-speaking sales professionals to hit performance targets, enhance customer experience, and drive growth for cloud-based solutions. Your days will be a mix of coaching, data-driven decision making, and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a motivated team to meet sales KPIs and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

  • Analyze data and performance to shape sales strategy and best practices

  • Coach and mentor team members to maximize growth and performance

  • Support forecasting and ensure CRM data is always accurate and up-to-date

  • Act as a strategic point of contact for client escalations and internal alignment

  • Work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and boost revenue

  • Stay on top of cloud market trends to guide team insights and planning

  • Manage team incentives and performance-related rewards

What You Bring

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong command of English

  • 5+ years experience in a sales leadership role

  • Strong coaching record and proven ability to retain and grow top talent

  • Excellent understanding of customer experience, sales operations, and strategy

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
