Your Role at a Glance

As an Engagement Manager, youll act as the main point of contact for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), supporting their journey through onboarding, technical enablement, and go-to-market success. Your day-to-day will include:

• Onboarding ISVs and explaining the value of the commercial cloud marketplace

• Coordinating technical consultations and strategic Go-To-Market sessions

• Managing pipeline and proactively following up to support ISVs launch timelines

• Engaging in regular communication via email and 1:1 meetings to nurture relationships

• Assisting with issue resolution and troubleshooting program-related challenges

• Promoting content, campaigns, and events that drive ISV engagement

• Collaborating with technical and marketing teams for seamless partner enablement

What You Bring to the Table

• Native-level or fluent Dutch, and proficient in English

• A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing, 1+ year in account management, and 1+ year in the IT industry

• Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to guide partners through the sales funnel

• Confident with CRM platforms and productivity tools (Outlook, Office 365, virtual meeting software)

• A basic understanding and enthusiasm for cloud technologies

• Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and professional way
