Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (39 hours/week, MondayFriday)
Salary: 25,440 gross/year + up to 6,360 gross/year in bonuses

Your Mission:

• Engage with businesses across EMEA to identify sales opportunities.

• Conduct outbound calls and emails (cold outreach included).

• Understand client needs and match them with the right cloud solutions.

• Qualify leads and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).

• Collaborate with sales experts to pass on high-quality prospects.

• Keep CRM systems (Salesforce) updated with customer data and activity.

• Hit performance targets related to outreach, conversions, and sales pipeline.

What You Bring:

• Native level of German and strong English communication skills.

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, or B2B prospecting.

• Understanding of cloud technologies (Google Cloud experience is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to pitch to C-level executives.

• Organized, goal-driven, and confident in a phone-based sales environment.

• CRM knowledge (especially Salesforce) is desirable.
