Role Overview: Support & Moderation
In this dual role, your responsibilities will be divided between:
Customer Support (70%)

Handle inquiries and complaints via email or live chat no phone calls involved

Offer accurate and helpful responses using internal tools

Meet service targets while ensuring a positive customer experience

Report and escalate fraud or policy breaches through proper channels
️ Content Moderation (30%)
-
Review user-generated content across online platforms
-
Ensure all content complies with internal guidelines and regional laws
-
Flag and address harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material
-
Provide feedback and insights on trends and violations
Who Were Looking For
-
Native Dutch or Flemish speaker, with strong English skills (B2 level)

Confident using digital tools and familiar with Microsoft Office
-
Sharp attention to detail and confident decision-making skills

Open to learning, adaptable, and motivated experience not required!

Positive team player with a genuine interest in digital well-being
