Role Overview:

As a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for assisting clients with technical issues related to their HR software. Whether it's login troubles, functionality errors, or general guidance, you'll provide prompt and efficient solutions to ensure clients have a smooth experience. 💻✅

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Client Support: Assist clients via phone and email, resolving technical issues with the HR software (e.g., login problems).
🧠 Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
📝 Documentation: Record customer interactions to enhance troubleshooting processes and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements:

🔹 Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) – excellent communication skills.
🔹 Experience in technical support is a plus, especially within software or HR services, but NOT necessary.
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
🔹 Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
🔹 Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
