What Youll Do

Support users (70%)

• Assist customers via email and live chatno phone calls!

• Answer questions, resolve issues, and guide users with clarity and care in German and English.

• Use internal tools to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly support.

Moderate content (30%)

• Review posts, images, and messages across various apps and platforms.

• Make sure everything follows community guidelines and local laws.

• Flag anything harmful, inappropriate, or fraudulent to keep users safe.

Who You Are

Native/fluent in German, with strong written English skills
Tech-comfortablefamiliar with Word, Excel, and digital tools
Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and quick to learn
Flexible to work rotating shifts (mornings and evenings included)
No experience? No problemwe provide full training!
