Your Role: Customer Support & Content Moderator

Your responsibilities will be a mix of:

Customer Support (70%)

• Handle user inquiries via email and chat (no phone calls!)

• Deliver accurate, helpful solutions using internal tools

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and escalate fraud or policy issues when needed

Content Moderation (30%)

• Review content across apps and marketplaces

• Ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws

• Flag inappropriate or harmful material

• Provide feedback on common trends and violations

What You Bring

• Native-level Dutch or Flemish + solid English (B2)

• Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Microsoft Office

• Detail-focused and quick-thinking

• No experience needed just the right mindset!

• Eager to learn, adapt, and make a difference
