What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Experience Advisor, youll be a key part of the customer journey, helping people feel heard, supported, and satisfied every single day.

• Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat

• Troubleshoot and resolve queries with patience and positivity

• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM

• Work closely with your team to exceed support goals

• Deliver experiences that leave customers feeling valued

What Were Looking For

• Native-level Italian speaker with C1-level English

• Currently living in Malta

• Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, not a must

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends
