German Customer Support & Content Review Move to Malta!

If you're fluent in German and ready for a new adventure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We're looking for friendly and detail-focused people to join us in Malta as Customer Support & Content Review Agents.

You'll help users with their questions and review content to make sure our platforms stay safe and respectful. No experience? No problem! Well provide full trainingyou just need great communication skills, a good eye for detail, and a willingness to learn.

What Youll Be Doing

Customer Support (70%)

• Chat and email with usersno phone calls

• Answer questions, solve problems, and provide clear info in German and English

• Use easy tools to track and resolve issues

Content Review (30%)

• Check posts, images, and messages to make sure they follow the rules

• Spot and report anything inappropriate or harmful

• Help keep online spaces safe and respectful

What Youll Need

️ Fluent German and good English writing skills
️ Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
️ Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making
️ Open to working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
️ A positive attitudeexperience is a bonus, but not required!
