What Youll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Champion, youll ensure our Italian-speaking users feel valued, understood, and supported:

• Assist customers through phone, email, and live chat no day is the same!

• Offer clear solutions to a range of customer queries with positivity and professionalism

• Maintain accurate records using CRM software

• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer journey

• Represent our brand with empathy and excellence

Who You Are

• Native-level speaker of Italian, with strong English skills (C1)

• Currently living in Malta

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• A great communicator with problem-solving instincts

• Flexible and ready to work rotating shifts, including weekends

• Passionate about creating positive customer experiences and building a stable career
