Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering great customer experiences? Were looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer & Sales Representative to join our remote team. This is your chance to work from Northern Portugal while supporting a dynamic and international business.

In this role, youll be the key contact for German-speaking clients, offering support, building trust, and guiding them to the best products and services for their needs.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat

• Offer helpful, product-specific information tailored to each client

• Handle questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service

• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written)

• Intermediate English skills

• Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
