Do you have a passion for travel and love helping people plan unforgettable experiences? Were looking for a German-speaking Travel Customer Advisor to support clients with their travel plansall while working remotely from the comfort of your home in Northern Portugal.

As the first point of contact, you'll guide travelers through booking options, answer questions, and provide outstanding service that turns every customer interaction into a positive journey.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with travel-related inquiries

• Provide detailed information about flights, accommodation, and travel packages

• Support customers with booking, modifications, and cancellations

• Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience

• Promote additional services or upgrades when relevant

What You Bring:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)

• Intermediate level of English
