Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and moderate video content, complaints, and copyright issues

• Manage and update content on a major social media platform

• Audit uploaded content and ensure it aligns with guidelines

• Meet service performance targets (KPIs)

• Understand and apply client policies and data protection rules

• Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in German (C1) with intermediate English (B2)

• Comfortable navigating computers and using digital tools

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable

• Able to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting

• Effective communicator and team player

• Flexible with working hours

• Previous moderation or content-related experience is a plus

• Associate degree or equivalent is preferred
