Location: Malta (On-site)
Schedule: Rotational shifts (morning and late evening)

We're looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join our team in sunny Malta. If you're passionate about online safety, fraud prevention, and helping people navigate digital platforms, this role is for you!

🌟 Your Role: Customer Support & Content Moderator

You’ll split your time between two key responsibilities:

🔹 Customer Support (70%)

• Respond to user inquiries and complaints through email or live chat (no phone calls)

• Provide accurate and helpful information using internal tools

• Meet support performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction

• Escalate issues related to fraud or policy violations as needed

🔹 Content Moderation (30%)

• Review user-generated content across marketplaces and apps

• Ensure all content aligns with internal policies and local regulations

• Analyze and flag harmful or non-compliant material

• Provide insights and feedback on user trends and violations

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Native Dutch or Flemish speaker, with intermediate English (B2 level)

• Comfortable with digital tools and basic Microsoft Office programs

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to make quick and sound decisions

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn — no prior experience needed!

• A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for digital safety
