Your Role: As a Customer Support Specialist (70% of your role):

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally via email or live chat (no phone calls).

• Provide accurate, clear, and complete information using the right tools and methods.

• Meet customer support targets and ensure satisfaction.

• Make decisions based on company policies and guidelines.

• Flag policy violations and fraud cases using internal tools.

Requirements:

• Native Dutch speaker with intermediate English (B2 level).

• Basic technical skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word) are a plus.

• No prior experience required we value your passion for improving the digital world!

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
