Your responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist (70% of your role): 

Respond to customer questions and complaints professionally via email or live chat (no phone calls).

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
Meet customer support targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and make decisions in line with defined policies and guidelines.
Escalate policy violations and instances of fraud using internal tools.

Requirements:

Native Dutch speaker and intermediate English (B2 level).
Technical skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.
No prior experience necessary we value your drive and dedication to improving the digital world!
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
Can-do attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
