In this role, youll support German businesses and agencies in launching and optimizing their online advertising campaigns, making a real impact on their success.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Campaign Specialist, youll work closely with clients in the German market, guiding them through their first digital advertising campaigns. Its a target-driven role where youll work toward individual goals while contributing to a collaborative onboarding team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted consultant, helping clients create impactful PPC campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions for their growth.
- Drive spend, upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.
- Manage high volumes of client interactions daily via phone, offering top-quality support.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent (an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong desire to meet and exceed targets, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
- Excellent communication skills for phone pitches and crafting compelling proposals.
- Effective time management and self-organization skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for optimization.
- Client-focused, with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Native level of German.
- High proficiency in English.
