Shift: Monday to Sunday (Between 8 AM & 7 PM) – 40 hrs/week

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Provide exceptional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
🔹 Troubleshoot and solve problems with efficiency and a positive attitude.
🔹 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
🔹 Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and meet goals.

What We Need:

🔸 Native-level proficiency in Italian & C1-level English.
🔸 Currently residing in Malta.
🔸 Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
🔸 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
🔸 Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends) on a 40-hour weekly basis.
🔸 Eagerness for stability and career progression. 🌱
