Your Day-to-Day

As an Online Experience Specialist, youll split your time between:

Digital Customer Support (70%)

• Handle user queries and feedback via email and live chat (no phone support)

• Use internal tools to provide fast, helpful, and accurate responses

• Meet service benchmarks and contribute to a positive user experience

• Escalate serious issues like fraud or policy breaches when necessary

️ Content Review & Safety (30%)

• Review platform content to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations

• Identify and report abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate material

• Share insights on user trends and contribute to platform safety strategies

What You Bring

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish, with B2-level English

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to make quick decisions

• Eagerness to learn no previous experience required

• Team spirit, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
