What You'll Do

As a Client Experience Advisor, your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-focused:

• Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot issues and deliver helpful solutions with a smile

• Accurately log all interactions in our CRM system

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction

• Contribute to a positive and energetic work culture

What Were Looking For

• Native-level Italian with C1 English

• Currently based in Malta

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Great communication skills and a solution-focused mindset

• Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends)

• Eagerness for long-term growth and career stability
