What Youll Be Doing

Customer Experience (70%)

• Respond to user inquiries via email and live chatno calls involved

• Deliver helpful, friendly, and professional support in German and English

• Use company tools to solve problems quickly and effectively

Online Content Safety (30%)

• Review user content on digital platforms (text, images, profiles)

• Ensure compliance with platform rules and local legal guidelines

• Flag harmful or suspicious behavior to protect community safety

What Were Looking For

️ Native-level German speaker with solid English writing skills
️ Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, and online platforms)
️ Sharp attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
️ Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
️ No experience requiredfull training provided!
