You'll play a key role in helping customers plan their trips, solve travel-related concerns, and enhance their overall journey with professional and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer support in German via phone, chat, and email for travel-related requests

• Help clients with bookings, itinerary changes, and travel recommendations

• Provide clear, personalized guidance on flights, hotels, and packages

• Resolve complaints or issues while keeping a positive tone

• Suggest upgrades or additional services when appropriate to enhance their travel experience
